You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link in your appointment confirmation email, or please call us. Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone else who may be able to book for that time. Please give a 12-hour notice in order to receive a full refund for any pre-payments. Any cancellations less than 12 hours of your appointment is subject to a $50 fee. When you submit an appointment, you also agree to receive communications from Live Well Lounge - we will never spam you or sell your information.
